OutSyde is a hybrid platform that offers:

  1. Direct creative services, such as photography, influencer marketing, and business consultations.

  2. A third-party marketplace for independent vendors to sell their products.

To maintain fairness and clarity, our refund policy is divided into two parts:

🔹 1. Refunds for Bookings & OutSyde-Provided Services

OutSyde delivers creative services directly or through approved professionals. These include photography sessions, consultations, influencer work, and subscription plans.

📸 Photography Services

  • Clients may receive a full refund if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable due to staffing, scheduling, and studio commitments.

  • A $15 fee will be charged for every 10-minute interval a client is late to their appointment.

    • Example: 10 minutes = $15, 20 minutes = $30, etc.

  • If a client is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.

  • If a client notifies OutSyde in advance of potential lateness, rescheduling may be offered depending on availability.

Photographer Performance Guarantee

If a photographer:

  • Fails to show up without notice,

  • Provides unusable or poor-quality deliverables, or

  • Fails to meet the scope of the booked session,

The client may be eligible for, at OutSyde’s sole discretion:

  • A free reshoot,

  • A partial refund, or

  • A full refund (in extreme cases).

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the session or content delivery, including supporting details or files, by emailing info@goutsyde.com.

👥 Influencer & Marketing Services

  • Influencer coordination services are non-refundable, as OutSyde incurs upfront costs to secure talent.

  • If an influencer fails to complete deliverables, OutSyde may offer a replacement or a platform credit, based on internal review.

💼 Consultations & Subscription Plans

  • All subscription fees are final and non-refundable.

  • Early cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

  • Missed consultations without at least 24-hour notice are considered forfeited and non-refundable.

 2. Refunds for Third-Party Marketplace Orders

OutSyde also functions as a marketplace, allowing small businesses and independent vendors to sell their products (e.g., apparel, branded items, etc.) through our platform.

🛍️ Marketplace Orders (Products Sold by Vendors)

  • OutSyde is not the manufacturer or seller of third-party vendor products.

  • We are not liable for issues related to product condition, packaging, shipping, or delivery.

  • Each vendor sets their own refund, return, and exchange policy.

  • Customers must contact the vendor directly for all refund or return requests.

  • OutSyde does not issue or process refunds for marketplace purchases.

If you are unable to reach a vendor, we may assist in communication by contacting info@goutsyde.com, but we cannot guarantee resolution or reimbursement.

 3. Legal Disclaimers & Enforcement Clauses

 Limitation of Liability

OutSyde is a third-party platform and assumes no responsibility or liability for third-party products sold through its website. All liability falls on the individual vendor.

 Refund Resolution Clause

All refund decisions for marketplace products rest solely with the vendor. OutSyde acts only as a payment processor and listing platform for these goods.

 Dispute Mediation

OutSyde may help facilitate communication between buyer and vendor upon request but is not responsible for issuing or enforcing refunds for third-party sales.

 Agreement to Policy

By using the OutSyde platform and completing a purchase or booking, you agree to this refund policy and understand that OutSyde's role varies depending on the service or vendor used.

 4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting resolution with the vendor or OutSyde may result in:

    • Account suspension, and

    • Loss of access to our platform and services.
